• Processor die de SSE2-instructieset ondersteunt (behalve ARM)
• Toegang tot het internet (voor de installatie en de activatie van het programma, voor het gebruik van Kaspersky Security Network en voor het bijwerken van de databases en programmamodules)

• Bescherming voor toegang tot webcams wordt alleen geleverd voor compatibele webcams
